Work experience
Professor Lei was born in 1973, in Harbin City, Jilin Province, China. He obtained a bachelor degree from Jilin University in 1994, and obtained a PhD degree from Institute of Northeast Asia in 2008. He did postdoctoral research work at Jilin University during 2003-2008. He was promoted to associate professor in 2015.
Research field
Prof.Lei's research group is interested in Regional Industrial Development and Regional Finance.The theory of regional economic development gradient holds that the regional economic development is unbalanced, as if it is in;
(1)The theory of gradient transfer of regional economic development; the theory of gradient transfer of regional economic development is based on the life cycle of industrial production; the rise and fall of regional economy mainly depends on its industrial structure; the industrial departments in the stage of innovation are generally distributed in the high gradient economy.
(2)The dynamic representation of gradient development theory: three effects; the gradual progress of regional economy.
