Zhang Huizhi, born on December 27, 1970, female, Han nationality, professor, doctoral supervisor, director of the Institute of North Korea and South Korea, Jilin University, deputy director of the Northeast Asian Research Center.
In July 1992, she graduated from Jilin University majoring in economics with a bachelor's degree in economics and worked at the Northeast Asian Studies College; in December 1999, she received a master's degree in economics from Jilin University; from 1993 to 1995, she went to North Korea to study Korean at Kim Hyungji Normal University ; From 2001 to 2004, she went to Kyung Hee University to study for a doctorate degree, and in August 2004 she obtained a doctorate degree in management from Kyung Hee University in South Korea.
Professor Zhang Huizhi has long been engaged in the study of the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asian regional cooperation and other issues. She has participated in international academic conferences and published conference papers in North Korea, South Korea, Japan, the United States, Russia, Canada and other countries for many times. So far, she is undertaking research on the major commissioned projects of the Ministry of Education's philosophy and social science research related to the Korean Peninsula, the major projects of the Ministry of Education's Philosophy and Social Sciences Key Research Base, and the commissioned projects of the International Department of the Central Committee, the National Oceanic Information Center and other units, and completed she has contributed to a number of national projects of various levels, obtained a series of related research results, published more than 30 academic papers, and submitted more than 40 research reports that were adopted by relevant state departments and received important approvals. Has a certain influence at home and abroad.
Professor Zhang Huizhi is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Korean History Research Association, the director of the Jilin Province North Korea and South Korea Research Association, and the director of the Jilin Province International Friendly Liaison Association.
